The space Perched over the sea, the architecture of the newly constructed house accentuates the natural beauty of Búzios, seamlessly integrating with the environment and bringing the vast expanse of the horizon indoors. Moreover, it boasts one of the most breathtaking sunsets ! and for the colder days, a heated pool! The living room is spacious, offering a splendid view of the sea and horizon. It receives ample light and is well-ventilated. Additionally, it is equipped with two split air conditioning units for the hottest summer days, ensuring total comfort during your stay. The location is serene and tranquil, far from the crowds, reminiscent of Armação dos Búzios from the 70s and 80s, with a paradisiacal view. The living room features large windows and doors made of tempered glass, allowing plenty of light and complete integration with the spectacular sea view. The house comprises a total of 5 bedrooms, each with spring mattresses, split air conditioning, and goose feather pillows. Four of the bedrooms are suites, equipped with smart TVs, Netflix, and Apple TV among other movie applications. One of the bedrooms has access from the outside area or the kitchen. The internet is provided via a Mesh Wi-Fi system with fiber optic, offering a speed of 700MB. The living room is spacious and very comfortable. It is divided into three areas and has two split air conditioning units. One of these areas is the dining room, which has a table for 12 people. The kitchen is fully equipped, featuring cabinets and drawers, two refrigerators, a dishwasher, two washing machines, a dryer, a Nespresso coffee machine, a microwave oven, a toaster, and a sandwich maker. The house has three staff members: a cook, a housekeeper, and a caretaker, who work daily from 8 AM to 5 PM. They serve breakfast, lunch, and leave dinner prepared. They can also prepare barbecues or serve caipirinhas, whatever is requested, as long as it is within their reach. The staff also tidy the rooms, clean the house, and serve the guests in the pool area. The caretaker (who has his own car) can run errands such as grocery shopping, pharmacy runs, or getting the freshest fish from the fish market, providing more comfort during your stay and allowing you to focus on what really matters – peace and relaxation. After all, these outings can consume precious time. The three staff members are paid separately, at a rate of R$200 per day for each, including the day of arrival and the day of departure. For example, if the guest arrives on Friday and departs on Sunday, it would be three days of work. Although the guests stay for only two nights, the staff work on Friday (preparing the house), Saturday, and Sunday. This totals 3 days X R$ 200 = R$ 600 (200 reais x 3 staff). Despite this, it is very worthwhile as the cost savings on breakfast, lunch, and dinner for 10/15 people at home, compared to the cost, makes it practically free, not to mention the comfort they provide by serving the guests as if they were in a hotel. Hiring the staff is mandatory. Payment is made directly to them on the last day of the rental and can be done through the Resolution Center. Water consumption is charged to the guest, the ratio of 50 reais for home 1,000 liters of water consumed. As soon as the guest arrives at the house, a photo of the water meter will be recorded and another on the day of departure. The water meter is in the parking lot. The house is rented complete with towels, bed linen, and kitchen utensils. All you need to do is come and enjoy! Towels and bed linens will be changed every three and seven days, respectively. However, if any item becomes stained, the guest will be responsible for the replacement cost. This policy ensures that the house maintenance costs remain low, as only those who cause damage will bear the replacement expenses, rather than all guests, including the careful ones, paying for the carelessness of a few. By the way, the house is much more beautiful in person than in the photos. Note: The property is only rented for family use or groups of friends. No one who is not staying in the house is allowed to visit. Violation of the rules will result in a fine of R$10,000.00. Other things to note The house comprises two floors. On the second floor, there are three suites and an additional bedroom. The ground floor features the social area and one suite. This layout may not be ideal for individuals with mobility issues. However, once on the ground floor, the house is level, thereby mitigating any potential accessibility challenges. In the description “your property” has the costs of employees and water consumption.
