There is ample free on-street parking directly in front of the house and secure gated bicycle parking on the property. Garage not available. The front of the house has 2 gates. As you face the house, your right side gate leads to stairs and a small covered/raised porch. This is a weather protected entrance to your separate hallway. The secure entrance door opens to 1 flight of stairs into the private apartment. There are no shared areas in your private upstairs space. We live downstairs and are available if needed. Invites to backyard gatherings are common practice. There is a bus stop within 1 block east of the apartment. Boise has developed bicycle paths all around our area- and St. Lukes Hospital. There is a bike park in Military Reserve, 2 blocks north of the apartment - near the foothills. This is a great place to start exploring the trail system on bikes or on foot. Ridge To Rivers gives trail conditions and maps. Driving speeds are limited to 20mph in this residential area and parking is very easy to find and free. You won't even have to test your parallel parking skills. There are 2 cats who live on the property- the black cat is Luna. Rosie is the ginger tabby. They are friendly!
