Please do not expect the Ritz. You will have a safe comfortable place to lay your head. Large fenced in yard. Pets welcome for a fee of $100 - please note you are responsible for cleaning up after your pets and any damage they do, no pets on any of the furniture, You must request and get approval to bring a pet. There is an alarm on this home. If you would like to arm the alarm during your stay just let me know and I’ll get you a temporary code. Although very rare it is possible for utilities to be out, example - main water break or issues with the cable etc. this is just part of life and there will be no credit if this situation happens during your stay. Please note there is an Alarm on the property for your use There is a sensor in the living room near the front door and there is a image sensor there that detects motion and has the capability of taking a still image capture. I believe it only works when the system is armed away. Street parking only
