Step into 'The Sit and Stay Cabin', a new standard of cabin with a prime location in the Red River Gorge area. This newly constructed tiny cabin was finished in June of 2022, and it shows! The Sit and Stay Cabin offers a modern take on your standard, rustic cabin and has sleeping arrangements for 6. This cabin may be tiny, but it has all of the essentials and will leave money in your wallet for numerous adventures. The space - Please note this cabin offers sleeping arrangements for 6 but is designed and optimized for groups of 4. - Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen (standard coffee maker, microwave), charcoal grill, Smart TV, WiFi, covered porches w/ outdoor furniture, fire pit, hot tub and more! - Sleeping Arrangements: Bedroom: Full Size Day Bed | Loft 1 - Queen Futon Style Mattress (Recently Updated) | Loft 2 - Queen Futon Style Mattress (Recently Updated) ​​​​​​​- One full bathroom - Please note: the Wolfe County Demolition Derby is located across the street from the Sit and Stay Cabin. Events are not held every weekend but may also be scheduled on short notice. You can check out the schedule on H & F Motorsports page. - We provide fresh linens and towels. We also provide an Essential Starter Packs to make your stay easier! (Includes 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 rolls of paper towels, 3 shampoos/3 conditioners, 3 bar soaps, 3 trash bags, 1 sponge). You will also need to bring your own firewood and charcoal for the grill. Please purchase firewood locally. - Please note that the cabin is located up a steep gravel driveway. (Keep going and don't stop!) Limited parking; vehicles exceeding 2 please park at the local park and ride and carpool to the cabin. Trailers Prohibited. - Prime Red River Gorge location - Close to hiking, horseback riding, rock climbing, kayaking, canoeing, zip lines, sight-seeing, restaurants, and much more! Guest access 📍 Getting There The cabin is easily accessible under normal weather conditions. 4WD is recommended during inclement weather. Trailers are prohibited. You will receive the exact property address and GPS-friendly directions in your check-in message prior to arrival. 🚪 Entry Instructions Proceed to the front door upon arrival. Locate the keypad on the door handle. Enter your unique 4-digit door code (provided prior to check-in). Press the checkmark or lock symbol to confirm. The door will unlock — simply turn the handle and enjoy your stay! 🔐 Your door code will: Activate at your scheduled check-in time. Remain active for the duration of your stay. Automatically deactivate at check-out time.
