A spacious modern Kitchen is fully stocked which offers plenty of prepping and cooking space, with a central island that features a small sink. A larger farm style sink is located on the counter that has a window that looks outside the Cottage. There is large Laundry/Pantry area that features a washer, dryer, and another sink. We have a well ploughed road after certain levels of snow or so, but conditions cannot be guaranteed. Winter weather can be unpredictable in Muskoka for your convenience please be prepared to shovel or use snowblower if needed. The levels of snow vary greatly from the city. Except garage, utility room, stream behind property and attic is off limits to guests. The 3 Season Muskoka Room is not available from Thanksgiving- Victoria Day Weekend. Outdoor furniture, Fire Pit and BBQ is not out from Thanksgiving- Victoria Day Weekend. Other things to note The Cottage is a Modern Custom New Build in the heart of Muskoka that is centrally located to all that Muskoka has to offer. This property features luxurious, high end finishings and great amenities inside and around the area. This property is an excellent choice to stay at all year round. Camera on site for security and head count upon arrival at every entry point.
