Enjoy easy self check-in with convenient keypad access. For everyone's safety and peace of mind, there's a camera doorbell at the entrance. PET DISCLOSURE & RESPONSIBILITY: Guests traveling with a dog must disclose the dog’s breed and age prior to arrival. Aggressive dogs are not permitted. Any damage caused by a dog is the sole responsibility of the guest. Guests accept full liability for their pet and agree to be fully responsible for any injuries or damages caused by their dog, including injuries to maintenance staff, contractors, or service providers visiting the property. All related medical costs or expenses shall be the guest’s responsibility. Heated Pool Option: Enjoy a warm and relaxing swim with our pool heated to 85°F for just $50 per night. This option is typically needed from November through May. Please provide a 24-hour notice to have the pool heated and ready for you! Weather Policy: If a hurricane or tropical storm watch is issued 48 hours before check-in, we may cancel your booking for safety, and Airbnb will refund per their Extenuating Circumstances Policy.
