The kitchen with a Caesar stone bench flows into a generous dining and living area, opening to outdoor spaces. Spend summer days at nearby Honeysuckle Beach, or relax by the wood fire on cooler days. The home includes 2.5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, and outdoor sitting areas with panoramic views of Western Port and Bass Strait. The solar-heated, salt-chlorinated pool is perfect for year-round use, warming to 26-30°C on warmer days. The pool is solar-heated and salt-chlorinated; it works all year. However, it only raises the water temperature during the day. So, in warmer weather, when the night temperatures are around 18 to 20 degrees, solar heating will increase the water temperature to 26, 28, and 30 degrees, which is very comfortable during the day. All bedrooms and living rooms have electric wall heaters, and the living room has an open fireplace; firewood is provided. Quality linen and cleaning services are provided. However, we ask that you bring your beach towels. Sleeps 10 guests and 4 bedrooms, 2 Living Rooms are available.
