Calpe, directly at sea

Our family holiday house is situated directly by the sea. It offers a unique and unblocked view over the sea with the "Ifach" rock on your left and the sceneric marina of Puerto Blanco on your right. The house is very comfortable and cosy decorated, large sleeping rooms, good kitchen, a lovely covered terrace all around + bbq. All rooms are airconditioned. Upstairs you find a separate guestroom with its own bathroom and terrace. The space The house has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Two bedrooms with direct acces to the terrace. The upstairs bedroom has it's own terrace overlooking the sea and marina. The terraces offer a magnificent and unblocked view of the sea with "the Ifach" on your left and the marina of Puerto Blanco on your right. Deck chairs with comfortable cushions offer a view over the pool (that is not heated by the way but can be used all year long....). Several parasols offer protection for the sun. Guest access The house offers a covered carport and all rooms are yours to use. Only in the garage we keep some personal stuff so we keep that closed
