The space THE SPACE & CONTENTS: *A clean modern spacious 3 bedroom house with en-suite as well as a bathroom with a separate bath and shower. *Free WiFi. *Large screen TV with free NETFLIX and Apple TV. *Quality linen, towels and toiletries. *Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, coffee machine also washing machine, hair-dryer and iron. *A secure undercover parking and adjacent free street parking. *Backyard with garden and Weber BBQ. Guest access All areas and assigned bedroom/s only. Only guests registered with Airbnb are allowed to stay overnight. Other things to note IMPORTANT! (Pricing & facilities, etc) *Our rate is based on 2 guests using 1 bedroom only. We assume you would like to use our Master Bedroom with en-suite. If 2 guests staying for 2 nights, would like to use a different bedroom, an additional $75 per night will apply, and you will also have access to the other bathroom. For additional guests after the first two guests, there is an extra charge of $100 per person, per night, with a minimum stay of 2 nights. *The garage can fit a small to medium size car only. Larger vehicles can park in the off-street driveway. *Despite our central location, the neighborhood is very quiet so please respect other’s privacy. *Please leave the house tidy. *For stays of two weeks or longer, we offer complimentary cleaning and linen changes every 7th day. *A complimentary BASIC breakfast is provided (cereal, juice, coffee, tea, fruits, eggs, butter, milk and jam.
