The space This apartment has resort amenities and luxury in a residential, private setting with prices that can't be beat. Our apartment is totally beachfront with the Master Bedroom, a second bedroom and the living area with full access to a tremendous view of the apartment's pool and Serenity Bay and the majestic Pacific Ocean. Our beachfront balcony runs the full length of the apartment. Open the floor to ceiling sliding glass doors and you will feel as though you are sleeping on the beach. Guest access We have an underground, assigned parking space. A rental car is recommended. On our property, we have staggered Pools, Pools' deck area, two luxurious lobbies, decorative fish pond, children's park and green areas, gate to the beach, beach umbrellas in front of our complex and the ample Serenity Beach, from rocky point to rocky point, about a half mile. Guests can walk beyond these rocky points, depending on the tides, to Coronado's beach to the right, or to Gorgona's beach to the left. Beach walks could literally be several miles long, if so desired. Other things to note You are just steps from beautiful Serenity Beach. That means that while you are in our Apartment your front yard is the beautifully landscaped and meticulously maintained pool area and the majestic Pacific Ocean. Our balcony stretches the entire length of the apartment. Our living room, 2nd bedroom and Master Bedroom have floor to ceiling sliding glass doors with tremendous pool, beach and bay views.
