Ideal for family, couples and fishing groups. Close base to the heart of Coromandel, beach, boat ramps golf course and parks. The comfortable cottage has unlimited Wi-Fi, Sky TV/Sports and heat pump/air-conditioning. Bedroom 1 offers a queen bed and 2 singles, while room 2 a double. It has a self-catering kitchen with microwave, bench top oven with 2 hot plate elements and all the utensils you need. Your 4 burner BBQ is near your deck area where you can sit back and relax. Ideal set up for those keen fishermen with ample flat parking, fish filleting table and smoke house, (see below). Hose down area for your boat also available. Ideally located near Coromandel Township, less than 2 minutes drive to town, and a flat 10 minute stroll south east to Long Bay Beach and surrounding bush walks. Hosts – Margaret and Kevin also live on site in a separate dwelling. They are quietly around and available if guests need assistance but are unobtrusive. Alternatively you can contact the manager of the property. Smoke house is available for your use. There will be a small fee for this to cover expenses. Please see your hosts if you wish to use. Other things to note Please note that there is not a full sized oven at the property. It is a bench oven with 2 built in elements on top of it. There is a small freezer compartment in the fridge but there is the availability to use a freezer in lock up outside of your cottage.
