Tisleia is one of the best mountain trout rivers in Norway. Fly fishing is very popular here. There is also the possibility to swim. The area is excellent for cycling on the gentle roads in Tisleidalen. There is a mountain bike park at the Red Cross mark. In Tisledalen the traces of the ice age are visible in the form of jettegryter at Åbjøra and at Kvitingen. Also make a day trip to Grippe. Tisleidalen is a small idyllic valley between Fagernes and Gol. Here you will find a varied and beautiful nature with forests and mountains. Perfect for families with children. A day trip to Gol is worthwhile, where there are activities such as frisbee golf, pumptrack and climbing hall.
