Welcome to our cozy 1 room hide-away in Orselina with great lake view and the bus stop "Orselina Posta" just nextdoor. Madonna del Sasso Sanctuary and the cable car to Cimetta are in closest neighborhood. Our studio is a perfect fit for couples and single travellers and contains everything you need because it is our second home. We provide you with coffee, good linen and towels and you can cook properly if you want. Non smokers only. No animals. Self Check-In. Furnishing: - Bedroom and living room with oiled oak parquet - 160cm double bed with one large duvet (210x200cm) including cotton bed linen - Comfortable Chesterfield-style sofa with cozy blankets and coffee table - TV - WIFI The kitchen opens onto the balcony and has 3 hotplates with extractor hood, fridge, a coffee capsule machine (capsules are included). Dishes, pots, washing-up liquid and the usual cooking utensils as well as a basic set of spices, oil, vinegar, tea, pasta, etc. are on site and can be used. No diswasher. Bathroom with toilet, shower and hair dryer including towels. Other things to note No private parking lot. No parties. Noise sensitive house.
