If bed linen is requested, it is charged at $300.00 for the whole five beds. If towels are requested, they are charged at $11.00 per towel. This linen can only be ordered when making the booking through the website at the time when making the booking. Terms and Conditions The Beach Shack 70 Riverview Drive Burrum Heads 1/ No parties or events are to be held at the premises without prior approval. (Fee may apply) 2/ Pets are allowed (fee applies) but must be approved before booking. All pets must be kept outside only, unless written authorisation from the owner has been approved. If pets are approved, all dog droppings (poo) must not be left on the property at the end of the rental agreement. Also, please cover or remove the outside cushions on the outdoor furniture as the pet may damage or soil these and if soiling or damage occurs there is an extra fee will be deducted from the bond. If the pets have caused and damage to the property (internally or externally) including the lawn (Turf, eg holes etc ) again this may be repaired and associated costs be deducted from the bond. 3/ This property has a no smoking inside policy and if smoking is done outside, no cigarette buts are to be left on the lawns gardens etc 4/When used the BBQ must be used only on pavers next to the back tiled veranda this is to eliminate fats and oil spills on the tied area. An extra cleaning fee will apply if these fats or oils are present. The BBQ is to be left clean, if the BBQ is not left clean a $20.00 fee may apply. 5/The house has internal stairs and a gate at the top of the stairs, this should be used at all times for children’s safety. 1 of 2 6/ The home has had a large renovation in recent times for your enjoyment. Please use the chopping boards supplied when cutting or placing anything hot on any of the work surfaces and the sink this is a tempered glass sink and can be damaged by heat and impact. These surfaces cannot be repaired and are very expensive to replace. 7/ If for any reason the owner must alter or cancel the booking for any reason ( eg unexpected damage to the property), a full refund (including bond) will be refunded but no further compensation will be given.
