Murphys serene canyon home getaway

Welcome to our Serene Canyon Home on 5 acres 3.3 miles away from Main street Murphys. The perfect getaway to relax or experience the local vineyards, winetasting rooms, beer tasting, concerts, shopping, restaurants or relax alongside Angels creek. Big Trees State Park is further up in Arnold. Enjoy water skiing or fishing in several lakes New Melones is closest. Fish in rivers, lakes and angels creek in town. Mercer, California and Moaning caverns are nearby. Ski Bear Valley or Dodge Ridge. The space Our home is on 5 wooded acres. Outside you will find a large picnic table. Inside provides a comfortable open floor plan. Living room with gas stove, dining area, bedroom with queen bed and bathroom. The kitchen has ample room for friends to enjoy cooking or hanging out at the breakfast bar. The upper level has a bathroom, large open room with full bed in a nook, a large bedroom with queen size bed and desk workspace. Upstairs has NO Air conditioning. There are ceiling fans, a portable fan and Portable heaters for heat. Downstairs has central heat and air. We are in a ravine so we have satellite wifi that can be slow and spotty. There is a 55 inch tv in the living room and a 32 inch tv upstairs. They both have many app's for streaming. (netflix, prime, youtube tv) There is an old tv that you can watch dvd's on or play the WII. We personally have Google Fi cell service and we have been able to make phone calls and send texts through the wifi. Guest access The basement and shed are locked, but you have access to the laundry area downstairs in the finished basement space. Other things to note Children MUST be supervised at all times outside, the hot tub is on the deck and not locked. The back and side deck is very high from the yard area below. It is not safe for children to be outside unsupervised, therefore you MUST be with them at all times.
