The fully fenced backyard provides a safe and enjoyable space for your furry friend to roam and play. In addition to a private driveway for one car, you'll find plenty of convenient street parking available. Nestled in a peaceful and secure neighborhood, this 995 sqft home is perfect for families and offers a delightful environment for leisurely walks with your dog. Guest access Welcome to our private main house with its own fully fenced backyard. During your stay, you'll receive a customized key code for convenient access. Please note that there is a separate, fully fenced RV on the side yard, which is separated from the main house. Feel free to make use of the fully fenced back yard, complete with patio furniture and a BBQ grill. However, we kindly ask for caution towards the opposite end of the yard due to some landscape remodeling. Adjacent to the east side of the home is a separate, fenced-off yard that is not part of the guest-accessible area. Guests have their own private section of the yard to enjoy. The adjacent yard has its own entrance and occasionally houses an RV, which is sometimes used as a private office space. This area remains separate from the guest space to ensure privacy. To ensure a peaceful environment for all, we have a strict policy against loud noise that may disturb the neighbors. This is a quiet neighborhood with older residents, so we request that noise is kept to a minimum after 9pm. Failure to comply may result in an additional fee. We kindly request that no parties or events take place on the property, respecting the tranquility of the neighborhood and our neighbors. Violation of this guideline will lead to immediate termination of your stay.
