Please note that there is a separate, fully fenced RV on the side yard, which is separated from the main house. Feel free to make use of the fully fenced back yard, complete with patio furniture and a BBQ grill. However, we kindly ask for caution towards the opposite end of the yard due to some landscape remodeling. To ensure a peaceful environment for all, we have a strict policy against loud noise that may disturb the neighbors. This is a quiet neighborhood with older residents, so we request that noise is kept to a minimum after 9pm. Failure to comply may result in an additional fee. We kindly request that no parties or events take place on the property, respecting the tranquility of the neighborhood and our neighbors. Violation of this guideline will lead to immediate termination of your stay.
