You belong here <3 The space The Primary bedroom located on the main floor offers a King bed with luxury DreamCloud mattress, walk in stone and tiled shower, dual sinks, and walk in closet; Bedrooms 2 & 3 - Queen beds with luxury organic mattresses; Bedrooms 4 & 5 - Full beds with luxury organic mattresses; For baby: Pack 'n Play, infant bath tub, high chair; A dedicated work space for two, or entertainment space for the group in the second story loft with 70" smart tv, high speed Xfinity internet (1200 mbps), and printer/scanner/copier capability; A fully stocked kitchen with all kitchenware and cooking essentials - pots pans, baking dishes, Instant Pot, Rice/Multicooker, Coffee grinder (Kona coffee provided), coffee pot, kettle, and all cooking utensils. No need to stop at the store for salt, pepper, cooking oil, coffee or tea - we've got you covered! Salt water pool with hot tub, covered patio with outdoor tv, propane volcano rock fire pit, gas BBQ grill and mini fridge complete your outdoor oasis and set the scene for some serious relaxation. Three 70” Smart tv’s with Bose sound bars (in the living room and loft) are perfect for entertaining and movie nights in. Guest access Free driveway parking for up to 4 cars. No street front parking allowed. Keyless entry via keypad on the front and back door. Full private access to salt water pool, stocked laundry room, and all spaces throughout the home. Other things to note *No parties or events *No smoking, vaping, or wearing of shoes inside the home *Quiet hours between 9pm - 7am are strictly enforced out of respect for our neighbors *Pool can be heated at a charge of $75/day. If heating is desired, advance notice is requested to arrange for the pool technician to do so. *Early check-in/late check-out is allowed at a rate of $20 per extended hour, but may not always be available. Please check with host prior to altering your reservation for confirmation. *Trash collection is on Tuesday’s and we ask that you roll the trash carts out on Monday night and bring them back in after collection has occurred. *Pool cleaning and landscape servicing are on Wednesday.
