Spicer Bunkhouse: near PDC/WTAMU

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful country home. Whether your traveling thru, visiting WTAMU or the Palo Duro Canyon or just need a place to get away, SB has everything you need for a pleasant, relaxing stay. SB is 5 miles from WTAMU and 13 from the entrance of the Palo Duro Canyon. Stars at night and magnificent sunrises and sunsets are right outside. There is a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer and a desk with wireless printer if you want to take a working vacation.... The space Spicer Bunkhouse is a remodeled old "bunkhouse" As I renovated this this old house, I wanted to create a space that combines the spirit of the west with modern day conveniences. Guest access Guests are welcome to pet horses and donkeys if and when they come up to the fence. I would appreciate it if you didn't cross into their pasture though. Other things to note The property is in the "country" so to speak. There are horses and donkeys in the pasture. 3 dogs live here as well. They are all very friendly. More often than not, they will watch you drive in and then go back to taking their naps at the barn. Horney toads, lizards and a random snake may appear from time to time in the summer. You may hear the occasional coyote howling at night in the distance.
