This unique fantastic villa with a separate pool house sitting on 1 acre with a spacious living space with large windows. Main house (4 beds/2 baths) and a pool house (1 bed/1 bath). You can use both houses. Just completed a modern style remodel on all 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is a fantastic view and a giant SALT swimming pool with an amazing hang over fountain and various pool toys (underwater pool scooter, tube, water guns, surfing board). The pool depth is between 3ft and 8ft. Good for child and adult. A large size lawn field for an event. +8 car parking space. Bed allocation: Main house: Bedroom # 1 (max 4)- 1 Queen, 1 sofa bed, 1 folding bed Bedroom # 2(max 4) - 1 Queen, 1 bunk bed (2 people) Bedroom #3 (max 2)- 1 Queen Bedroom #4 (max 4) - 2 bunk beds 2 bathrooms Pool house: Bedroom #5 (max 2) - 1 Queen 1 bathroom Electric Car charging 240V charger (tesla and non-tesla) is ready for super off-peak time (weekday(12am-6am), weekend/holiday: 12am-2pm)) Please do not charging with 110V because we use electric car plan, and the electric cost is pretty high non-super off peak. Entertainments: *Inside main house: Pool table, foosball, Nintendo Switch (sports, dance, cooking) *Outside: Mini golf (5 holes), Ping pong table, ladder toss game, Corn hole, Dart, Tumbling Timbers, swing * Pool: Various tubes, beach ball, underwater scooter. Heating Charge: 1) Pool + Spa: $150 (May-Oct) per day. $200 (Nov-April) per day. 3 days minimum. Summer $100 (June-Aug) per day, Target temp:75’C 2) Spa heating: $50/day(6hr limit) Additional $50 after 6 hour usage. ** Heating stops at 10:30PM Please turn off heating once you finish the pool/spa. -- Event fee -- Only small and quiet event is allowed. No exceed 15 car parking. Event fee $250 for up to 30 persons. $500 for up to 50 persons. Not allow more than 50 persons. Wedding fee: $250 (extra above event fee) Pet policy: one dog (small-medium) size is allowed. Additional fee $30/pet. Please contact if you want to bring one more pets. No I Guest access Self check in with a digtal door lock Other things to note *** House rule *** You are very welcomed to my beautiful villa. I am very appreciating if you take care of the house rule. 1) There was some noise complain from neighborhoods. Please do not make a loud noise after 10 pm. 2) Please no shoes inside house (14 slippers prepared) 3) Please wipe your legs with towel before you go inside after use pool/sap because the system is SALT water that makes a corrosion to the floor. 4) Your pet is welcomed but not allow to sleep in bed and sofa, and please clean up poos in the backyard. 5) No smoking inside and outside (limited) 6) All facility is brand new. Please be careful to use it. 7) Please schedule Spa/Pool heating in advance and pay the cost before use heating or at least before check-out ** Pool & Spa *** Guest let host know how many days to use heating and pay before use the heating. Please understand the high gas cost for heater usage. 1) Spa heating (max 104'F, limit 8hr/day) : $50/day 2) Pool heating (Target 74’F but winter time may not heat sufficiently + Spa heating : Minimum 3 days - $100/day (June-Sep), $150/day (April-Oct), $200/day (Nov-Mar) ** Heating stops at 10:30PM Heating time: please turn off heating at 11PM. Please do not take out cleaning robot. *** Check out instruction *** 1) Please turn off AC/Heating, Light, Electric, Pool stuffs 2) Please put used towels into a laundry room 3) Please put used dishes into a dish washer 4) Please move trash to outside trash container ** Sleeping space ** 14 persons on bed + 1 sofa converted bed + 1 folding bed Not accept noisy party.
