Excellent house in gated community, park style, with 24hrs security. We have 4 en-suites, all with split, living room, full kitchen with all the necessary items for use. The condominium offers security and a great leisure area with swimming pool, barbecue, toy library and an area with lake and fish, as well as a walled and grassy background space for children and animals to stay loose. Come and enjoy incredible days of rest and leisure, in contact with the nature and safety of the region. The space The condominium consists of 32 houses and a leisure area with open pool and barbecue. It is located very close to the Aretê development, between the Marina and Manguinhos, very close to the Búzios portico. Very close to the condominium is Duo Market, which is a bakery, grocery store, small shop, restaurant, and delivery. Privileged location, 10 min walk from Manguinhos beach, which is suitable for hiking. Even so, we recommend that the guest has a car to visit the Bathhouse. Guest access All spaces are free to access, except the condominium's fitness center and heated pool. Other things to note The condominium's leisure✅ area looks like a mini club, but guests may only use the swimming pool, due to its rules. ✅ In the period of Natal, Réveillon and Carnival, minimum stay is five days. ✅ We accommodate up to 8 people between adults and children.
