We're excited to host you. Before you confirm your booking, please be aware that we require guests to sign a separate rental agreement as part of the booking process. This agreement outlines important details about your stay, including house rules, check-in/check-out procedures, and other essential information. Early Check-ins, Late Checkouts: Pending availability on our calendar, we are happy to accommodate most early check ins and late check outs. The price is $20.00 per hour with a minimum of one hour. Please reach out ASAP to ask for potential extensions. Security & Monitoring For the safety and security of our guests and the property, we have motion-activated cameras installed on the exterior areas only. These cameras record audio and video and monitor entrances, patios, and pool areas (if applicable). Additionally, we use a noise monitoring device inside the property. This device does not record audio or video but helps us ensure that noise levels remain respectful for neighbors. AGE REQUIREMENTS The primary booking guest must be at least 21 years of age for an apartment and age 25 for a single family house. The primary booking guest is required to be present for the duration of the stay and is responsible for all guests, visitors, and compliance with house rules. Reservations made by guests who do not meet the minimum age requirement may be canceled prior to check-in or during the stay, without refund, if the age requirement is found to be misrepresented.. Use the front or back yard or enjoy any space in the house. You may access any space inside the house other than the locked supply closet. This home has an electronic lock on the front door. Driving or taking an Uber is the best way to get around Montgomery. ARRIVING: This home is in the historic Capitol Heights neighborhood. The GPS should bring you straight there. Please pull into the rear driveway of the home. The home is equipped with an electronic smart lock on the front door. PLEASE LOCK THE DOOR EACH TIME YOU LEAVE AS IT DOES NOT HAVE AN AUTO LOCK FEATURE. DEPARTURE: Checkout is at 11 am and the procedures will be sent the evening before. WIFI: Network - SpectrumSetup-03 Password - pledgeyard721 SLEEPING: There are two king beds and one queen bed in the home as well as an air mattress that can sleep a total of 8, if needed. If you need any additional towels or linens, feel free to send me a message and I’ll have more brought by for you. TV: This property has Smart TV's with Amazon Prime, Disney+, Netflix, and others. Simply scroll to the corresponding app, login with your credentials, and experience unlimited streaming movies and TV shows. EARLY CHECK IN REQUESTS: Before you arrive in town, we need to ensure our previous guests have checked out, that the maid service and maintenance has been through the unit, and that linens and towels are fresh and ready for your visit. All this takes time and needs to be done before you check in. Due to this tight timeframe, early check-ins will need to be manually approved and priced at $20/hour. PLEASE NOTE: CHECK IN TIME IS ANYTIME AFTER 4PM. The code you've been provided will only work starting at that time. Please make your travel plans accordingly. ADDITIONAL NOTES: Fireplaces are not for use. Please be mindful when exploring the areas outside. Many repurposed materials were used for the walkways and can sometimes be uneven or slick. This listing has sliding barn doors. Please be mindful of kids playing in and around these doors as there may be potential for injury if used improperly. Please also mind your steps into the bathrooms. There is a small step that we don't want you to trip over.
