Quite culdesac right off the freeway for quick easy access and anything that’s worth doing in Utah is no more than 30 mins away. You will have plenty of room for everyone to relax. Centrally located with dozens of food options. Layton hills mall only 5 mins away. Movie theaters, bird sanctuaries, antelope island just to name a few within 15 mins. Slc and the airport is only 20 mins away. Plenty of parking in Front of home or in back driveway. Quite culdesac. Home has plenty of space. 2 separate living rooms one upstairs and one downstairs both equipped with roku 4k tvs. Feel free to use our entire house and yard to meet your needs. To use the fireplace make sure to put the pit out for under the patio roof and in the grass. Simple to use -remove lid -press the silver knob in and rotate counter clockwise ( you will hear propane coming out and when you twist it sparks, sometimes you need to let the propane run for 2-4 seconds then spark. If spark doesn’t start fire repeat until it has been lit) -when fire first lights hold the knob pressed in for 2-5 seconds to keep the fire going. -when you release the knob it should stay lit and you can rotate from max to min depending on how high you want the flames. -when done turn the knob all the way clockwise until flames are out, let cool and put the lid back on.
