Welcome to a luxury oasis in the city with a saltwater pool. This 2-level guesthouse was constructed recently with a fully-updated kitchen, two full-sized bathrooms, and a garage. We are constantly running the jets and pumps. ** absolutely no parties or disruptive events, please. For any unauthorized parties, the fine shall be $1000. Only professional events upon the management’s approval. ** Please lock all the exterior doors and garage door at all times. ** We have security cameras positioned throughout the premises externally. Guest access Guests can enjoy the entire guesthouse and the pool. You may use the pool any time during the daytime (8AM - 9PM) as long as you stay safe, but the heated pool is extra ($35/hour) because of the utility cost, unfortunately. Please note that there is a fixed pet fee if you come with your furry friends (up to two pets if you have more please, reach out to us). Please, make sure to add it when you make a reservation. We allow up to two pets during the stay. Also, just so you know, the city of Atlanta's noise ordinance is strict. Your pet cannot be barking outside for more than one hour and have no loud music after 9 PM. Thank you so much for understanding!
