A large washer and dryer are also available for guest use. 🍽 Outdoor Living Breathe in the fresh mountain air from the large back deck complete with: Hot tub Weber gas grill Outdoor dining table Lounge chairs for relaxing or soaking in the forest views Other things to note **Must be 25 or older to rent. Reservations made under false pretenses are subject to cancellation with no refund.** You are in the mountains! There will be bugs, critters and wild animals. If you leave the door open or unlocked, they will come in. Due to severe family allergies, we do not allow pets. :( The house is equipped with a 4-prong NEMA 14-50 220v plug at the driveway to charge your EV. You must bring your own adapter. This is a gated community so all cars must be registered (driver, car type, arrival/departure date) to access the property. 4-wheel drive, AWD or chains are REQUIRED to access this property from November 1 - April 15th.
