The space includes three comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms, an open living and dining area with beautiful ocean views, and a fully equipped kitchen for easy meals and snacks. Step out onto your private balcony to enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean, and unwind after beach days with fast Wi-Fi and a smart TV. The building also has an elevator, making it easy to come and go—whether you’re hauling beach gear or heading back up to restock the cooler. This condo is a great fit for families, couples, or a laid-back group getaway. Please limit your group to two vehicles. Trailers, motorcycles, and golf carts are not permitted. | 2. NO SMOKING: Smoking, vaping, and marijuana use are prohibited inside the condo and on the balcony. | 3. GUESTS: Only registered guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight. | 4. DOGS: A maximum of two dogs, each weighing 35 pounds or less, is permitted. No other animals or aggressive dogs are allowed. Dogs must not be left alone if they will bark continuously or disturb the neighbors. | 5. QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. | 6. PROPERTY CARE: No candles or open flames are permitted. Please do not rearrange the furniture. Towels, linens, and pillows are for indoor use only and may not be taken to the beach. | 7. PROBLEMS OR DAMAGE: Report any damage immediately. If something is not satisfactory, notify us within the first 24 hours and allow us the opportunity to correct it. | 8. CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please wash and put away all dishes and cooking utensils. Late departures that delay housekeeping will result in a $25 fee for every 15 minutes. | 9. CLEANING: Excessive cleaning may result in an additional $150 fee. | 10. RULE VIOLATIONS: Violating these rules may result in removal from the property without a refund.
