To help ensure that, please review the following important notes and checkout reminders: Property & Access Info Steep Walk: The path to the lake and dock includes steep areas. It may not be suitable for guests with mobility concerns. Log Cabin Quirks: As a true log home, we do experience occasional moisture buildup, especially in humid months. Please run the dehumidifier in the poker loft when in use. Carpenter Bees: In spring, carpenter bees may be present. We have pest control and traps in place, but if you have allergies or sensitivities, please plan accordingly. Community Expectations No Parties or Large Gatherings: We welcome families and quiet groups but are not a party house. No Street Parking: Please keep all vehicles in the driveway. Maximum of 4 cars. Quiet Hours: 11 PM – 7 AM to respect our full-time resident neighbors. ✅ Checkout Procedures We believe your cleaning fee should cover most of the work—so no long to-do lists here.
