Unique location. Suite/Basement mostly above ground. 1/2 mile from JMU & 3 miles from EMU. Close to Sentara and retirement facilities like VMRC, Brookdale, and Crestwood. Very close to downtown, CVS, Food Lion, Walmart, Costco, Fast food, and Bridgewater & Dayton cities. Close to Staunton, Fishersville, Verona, Waynesboro, Broadway and Shenandoah [20 minutes each]. The group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Very quiet area. Family friendly. Pet friendly. A big bedroom with closet and King size bed. Living area and Dining area are one open space. Full bathroom and kitchen (including laundry) are in a section separated by a curtain and can be opened to the dining area. A Queen size sofa bed is in the living area. Floor lamps for extra light. A Queen size Air Mattress with a built-in pump is available upon request. Guests will have access to everything in the suite plus the backyard if they would like to eat outside or exercise. If they have more than 2 vehicles, they will have access to the drive way to park anytime for a minimal daily fee. I'm living with my family upstairs and we can offer help or advice any time from 10 am to 9 pm. Can arrange for rides/pick ups up on availability for a fee. For stays more than a week, can do cleaning and change linens for their fees, up on guest request. Guest should leave the unit for 2 hours for cleaning. Guest can't change lock access code. If code is changed, $25 fee is charged. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Parking is not allowed without a permit. Near JMU, EMU, Bridgewater College, Food Lion, Walmart, Costco, Target, CVS, Tropical Smoothy, City center, Dayton city, Broadway, New Market, and Shenandoah. You can leave your vehicle parked and go walking to JMU soccer & track stadium. You can get Uber or local cab very quickly to go to Football and basketball stadiums. Owner can provide transportation when available. The owner is living above the property and there is no noise. Youngest child is 18 years old. No loud music or parties around. The area is so safe and all roads are dead ends. The speed limit is 25 MPH. If you need to use a laptop for entertainment, please remember to get your needed cables like HDMI or USB to connect to the TV. Wish you a wonderful stay.
