Sugarbush Resort Home - At the Base of Mt. Ellen

Welcome to one of the Valleys’ newest vacation homes! Completed in 2022, this 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath beauty is 1/2 mile from the Sugarbush/Mt. Ellen base. Well appointed bedrooms, beautifully tiled baths and a fully equipped kitchen await your stay. Access to a large garage that will accommodate one car plus your various belongings, is just a few steps away. There is also a Tiny House on the property (Property ID: 31667450) which can be rented separately and houses up to two adults. The space There are three bedrooms upstairs (king bed in master, queen beds in two other bedrooms), and a bunk room with one twin and another twin over queen bunk in the basement. All upstairs bedrooms have smart TVs. Two full bathrooms upstairs and a full bathroom in the basement. Half bath on main level. Spacious kitchen / living / dining space on main level has two separate dining tables. One 65" smart TV on the main level and one 55" smart TV in the basement hang out room. 1GB Fiber Internet Connection and WFI throughout the home. Guest access With the exception of several locked owners closets and locked owner storage space in the basement, Guest will have access to the entire house. Other things to note The house resides on 3.2 acres of wooded forest at the base of Mount Ellen/Sugarbush. You can ski-in from Lower FIS or Snowflake and the slopes are short walk (approximately 1/2 mile) to the base parking lot/shuttle. It backs up to Lockwood Brook and 20+ acres of Sugarbush owned land. During Winter Months the Mad River Valley runs free shuttles from Mount Ellen to Lincoln Peak to Shopping in Irasville/Waitsfield and many stops in between! Please note that a 4WD/AWD vehicle with snow tires or all season tires with good tread and rated for snow is HIGHLY recommended during and just after winter storms, until the roads have been plowed and sanded. There are security cameras in several spots around the outside of the property and garage. No cameras inside the house. After booking on Airbnb, the Host will send the Guest a separate confirmation and rental contract spelling out the terms of the rental. Credit card info will be requested, and only used in the case of damage to the rental during Guest’s stay.
