All guests wanting to use the firepit are responsible for getting supplies and cleaning after use. Please check local burn bans before using. *TV: we have a GooglTV so you can sign into any streaming apps like Netflix and Hulu. We don’t have cable. *HOT TUB: For your health and safety. Our hot tub is professionally Maintained by Dr. Spa LLC. Maintenance time and date vary throughout the week so, a maintenance technician may be servicing this location any day Monday - Friday 9-5. We always do our best to ensure the hot tub is in great shape for your stay and rarely run into issues, but in the event that the hot tub is not available during your stay due to any such unforeseen circumstances, we are pleased to offer a refund of $25 for each affected night of your reservation. *YARD MAINTENANCE: to keep the yard in good condition, we have yard maintenance scheduled weekly weekly. Maintenance time and date vary by the week *INDOOR FIREPLACE: for safety and insurance reason, guests are not allowed to use the indoor fireplace. Thank you for understanding.
