Pool is heated by Solar and will not be warm enough in winter months. Pool & Equipment Disclaimer The swimming pool, spa/hot tub, and all related equipment (including but not limited to heater, pump, cleaner, lights, and cover) are provided for guest enjoyment as a complimentary amenity. These systems are complex and, despite regular professional maintenance, may occasionally experience mechanical failure, power outages, weather-related issues, or require unscheduled repairs. Phoenix Winter Weather and Pool Heating Note: Phoenix experiences mild winters with daytime highs typically in the 60s–70s°F, but overnight lows often drop into the 40s°F (and occasionally lower) from December through February. These cooler nights cause significant evaporative and radiative heat loss from the pool surface, even with the heater running. Guests should expect the pool/spa temperature to fluctuate and potentially drop several degrees overnight, particularly if a pool cover is not used. Heat pumps (common in Arizona) are most efficient in warmer ambient air and may struggle to maintain or regain desired temperatures quickly during colder periods. We recommend using the provided pool cover when not in use to minimize heat loss. In the event of equipment malfunction, reduced heating performance, or downtime: We will make every reasonable effort to have the issue diagnosed and repaired as quickly as possible. Repairs are performed by licensed third-party contractors and are subject to their availability and scheduling. No refunds, discounts, or compensation will be provided for pool or spa downtime, reduced water temperature (including overnight cooling due to weather), cloudy water during rebalancing, or any temporary loss of use caused by maintenance, repairs, acts of nature, power outages, or circumstances beyond our control. Guests are kindly asked to report any issues with the pool or equipment immediately so we can address them promptly. Misuse of pool equipment (including excessive chemical addition, improper operation of controls, or damage caused by guests) may result in additional cleaning or repair charges. Use of the pool and spa is at your own risk. Please supervise children at all times and follow all posted safety rules. We appreciate your understanding that pool equipment reliability and consistent water temperature, while a priority, cannot be 100% guaranteed—especially during Phoenix's cooler winter nights. NOTE: Your security and safety matters. An exterior security camera is located on garage, facing the street. The camera does not look into any interior spaces nor is not monitored unless a problem arises.
