San Bartolo, Casa Crónica

Located to the east of the Historic Centre we have the house marked with the number 206 of Insurgentes Street in Oaxaca City, a property that has been adapted to offer comfortable suites to its visitors with the current comfort and the Oaxacan theme that is addressed in its design, this is Casa Crónica. Casa Crónica was conceptualized from its immediate previous owner, Rubén Vasconcelos Beltrán, who was an illustrious Oaxacan who was widely involved in culture, spreading the history, customs and traditions of Oaxaca on television, radio, through a score of books and publications that have decorated him with the award of "Medalla Donají" (Donají medal), with the award of "Oaxaqueño Inolvidable" or the designation of "Cronista de la Ciudad" (Chronicler of the City).
