Welcome to your home away from home! This cozy cabin in the woods, just 5 minutes from the State Park /Marina, features a hot tub, fireplace, firepit, Webber grill & a fully equipped kitchen. We want you to relax & enjoy golfing, fishing, boating, hiking, exploring caves & waterfalls & more! A fully refundable manual submission security damage deposit of $300 is charged. This deposit must be paid 24 hours before check in & will be returned 24 hours after check out if there are no damages. The space We have 4 comfortable bedrooms and 2 full baths. Three rooms feature queen size beds, & one room has a full and a twin bed. A patio hangout with a fire pit for cozy evenings cook outs. A private back yard with its own entrance, large enough to have outdoor family games! We have a private hot tub right outside under the covered porch. You will have plenty of space to stretch out after a long day on the lake! The lake is within 5 minutes and the private driveway has plenty of room for boats and vehicles. Also, there is extra available free parking for longer trailers, within walking distance. Guest access The whole cabin is available to the guest. We offer YouTubeTV & Wi-fi to our guests. Other things to note We offer YouTubeTV to the guest, washer and dryer both available. We have cigarette receptacles on the outside porches. There is a fine for any cigarette butts or trash found on the ground. We have an absolutely no smoking of any type inside the property. If there is any type of disruption on the ground or if police are called at any time of the guests stay, the guest will be asked to leave premises without a refund. There is a no pet policy.
