This is a 575sq ft self contained apt .We are the perfect stop over being a half Way between Chicago and New York. 5 mins away from In I80 E or W ext 229 or route 711 ext 228a off Belmont ave ,5 min to St Elizabeth.Y.S.U, Covelli , Amphitheater 10 mins to Westside Bowl, fishing spots 5 mins away from Penguin city Brewery. The space I do like to provide a safe and comfortable space for my weary guests.This cozy 575 sq ft apartment has a feel of being in a wood cabin a little rustic in some areas original flooring and cedar wood walls.There is a flight if STAIRS to access the apt .You can then relax-looking out if the window at tree tops in a recliner,rocking chair and listen to the birds in the morning.There is a 55inch T.V to relax while laying on the sofa in the lounge.(please do not try and use as sofa, bed,)There is a Portable single bed sprung mattress and memory foam topper available upon request when booking .i will need at least a few hours notice 😁will prepare ready .There is a kitchen with a full cooker,fridge freezer microwave,,Toaster and lots more.I do provide coffee maker,coffee ,Tea sugar and creamers .A bathroom with Tub and Shower .Separate bedroom .luxury 16 inch memory foam mattress on the full size bed ,dresser and closet. We do have A .C . based in the lounge and the bedroom windows also ceiling fans in the kitchen and bedroom for the summer. For the winter months you have heating throughout with your own controls based on the wall in the lounge . Guest access Guests have access to there own carriage style front.With a door leading to a private apartment.There is a lockbox on the left hand side with the keys .Code will be released when booked there is space to hang your outdoor wear if needed and a flight of stairs leading to your apt door.This apartment is located at the back of the main house .Please walk along the right side of the property turn left past a screened in porch you will see a front door with a lockbox on left. .Please park your car on the street in the front of the main house avoiding the fire hydrant.Free street parking is available. Other things to note We do have a Golden Retriever pup .He lives in the main house .The washer is large and new the dryer is apt size .both are located on the left in a little room as you walk Through the main front door before you go upstairs.There is public transport if you prefer there is Uber and Lyft.I do not provide logs for the firepit.please bring your own logs lighter etc with .
