The Beehive

This charming little cottage has been affectionately named "The Beehive," and you guessed it ... the theme of the décor throughout is based on our little honey-making friends, the bees! We have poured our hearts and souls into making this home the kind of place that promotes peace and relaxation. If you appreciate the tranquility of a quiet neighborhood full of friendly folks, and would like a conveniently-located home all to yourself, then buzz on in, we'd love to meet you! The space We refer to this charming cottage as "The Beehive." It's the sister property to our hugely successful Airbnb space we call "The Birdhouse." When you walk in and see the décor, you'll understand why we gave it this name. The outside is manicured to perfection, while the inside radiates an energy that will warm you to the soul. It's located on the South Hill in a beautiful, friendly neighborhood in the Perry District, less than five minutes from downtown Spokane. However, you don't need to go downtown to enjoy the district's eateries, coffee shops, parks and boutiques, not to mention the weekly farmers market from spring to fall. And it's all within easy walking distance! The lush, treed front yard and the tranquil environment will beckon to your creature comforts. Whether you're relaxing on the front porch enjoying a conversation with friends, or cooking up a masterpiece on the grill, you're sure to make special memories at The Beehive. Randy purchased and renovated this property with the sole purpose of creating an amazing experience for his Airbnb guests, offering his gracious hospitality to travelers who would enjoy having an entire house with easy parking, and all the comforts of home. Our number one goal is to make sure that your experience with us is nothing but positive. Let us do the work, and you can just "let it BEE!" Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home, front yard and backyard. Other things to note You won't find personal belongings in drawers or closets. This home has been set up specifically for you, our guests. There is a washer and dryer, along with the necessary laundry supplies for your use. There is a barbecue stocked with charcoal and utensils for your use. There are two beach cruiser bicycles available for your enjoyment. They are shared with the guests at our sister property, The Birdhouse, so they are on a first-come, first-served basis. There are games, DVDs and coloring books for the whole family. The Beehive is located in a wonderful neighborhood, however, for the protection of our guests, as well as our property, there are three security cameras on the outside of the building. There is one covering each entrance, as well as one in the driveway facing the street. These cameras are not invasive to your privacy and are only monitored in the event of any criminal activity or accident that may call for a review of the security footage.
