Cameras are recording 24/7. Devices are recording audio when motion is detected 24/7. Please understand we are in close proximity to forests and undeveloped land. You might see or encounter wildlife while in our neighborhood and/or in and around our home, including; but not limited to: frogs, geckos, birds, bees, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, ants, crickets, bugs, mice, boxelder bugs, and Japanese beetles to name a few. These creatures reside in nature and we have no control over them. We do spray in advance in and around the home regularly to reduce the incidence of bugs; however, we cannot control mother nature and therefore do not refund if you encounter her business during your stay.
