You can also use the picnic table on the gazebo too. Other things to note Animals are $25/pet during your entire stay. We would HOPE they are well behaved during their stay as we love to continue to allow pets at Riverview. Remember, there is always AIRBNB insurance to purchase during your stay. We DO NOT allow Cats at our place due to being very territorial. Please remember, not to take any belongings from Riverview as this will help with better accommodations for the next guests. There is also a fee of $500 or more for any stolen or broken items. As stated before, and if needed, there is AIRBNB insurance to purchase during your stay. Just call AIRBNB. Smoking is allowed outside the Riverview property. There is a sand can on the outside porch for your cigarette/cigar butts. WASHER/DRYER are for GUESTS ONLY!!!!! Do not bring other clothing to clean and be respectful. THESE MACHINES ARE NOT COMMERCIAL. No work clothes please. Friendsville has a laundromat if you have extra clothing and work clothes. If there is excessive increase in water bill and electric you will be charged $150 plus extra usage.
