Other things to note • Professionally managed by Hi-Desert Dwellings • CLEANING FEE As the top Professional Management Company in the area, we have always maintained exceptional cleaning standards and have been able to keep our rates low while still paying a living wage. 100% of your cleaning fee is paid to the cleaners (i.e. no profit to us) and we insist on a professional level of cleaning between guests. • PETS Pets of any kind are not allowed at this property. • DIRECTIONS Please make sure to follow the directions so to avoid getting stuck in any sand pits. • ROAD TO THE HOUSE The road to the house is a dirt road. An SUV wont be needed as they are maintained dirt roads but they can be a little bumpy. • CAMERA Outdoor forward facing recording camera for safety and security. Never inside of the home. The property has a security camera or recording device capable of recording or sending video, audio, or still images. Airbnb requires hosts to inform guests of any such camera or device located in a common area—even if it will be turned off during a guest’s stay. Airbnb prohibits security cameras or recording devices in private spaces like bedrooms, bathrooms, or sleeping areas. • A/C & Heater Green Jackrabbit uses space heaters for the living room and bedroom for cool nights over winter months. • FIRE Due to the location and a current fire ban there is a strict no open flames fire policy BUT the propane grill located outside if allowed. If it is discovered that you have started an outside fire, in a fire pit, using fireworks or other open fire (propane excluded when used IN the propane firepit and propane grill provided) means your rental agreement will be terminated and there is a $200 fine. • WIFI Desert wifi can be super spotty and can go in and out. We have the best service for our rural area but people needing full time high speed might not find those needs met here. Starlink is the current provider of wifi. • GUESTS You are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us. That includes day guests and over night guests.
