Other things to note House Rules – Tropical Oasis FL To ensure a safe and pleasant stay, please review and follow these rules: Pre-Check-In Required All guests must complete a pre-check-in form, provide valid identification, submit a selfie for verification, and sign the rental agreement prior to arrival. No Smoking Indoors Smoking of any kind inside the home is strictly prohibited. Evidence will result in additional cleaning charges and a minimum fine of $250 or more. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM in accordance with local ordinance. No Parties or Events Parties, gatherings, or overcrowding are not permitted and may result in immediate cancellation without refund and additional fees. Responsible Guests Only Families and responsible adults age 25 and older only unless approved in advance. Parking A maximum of four (4) vehicles is permitted on the property at all times. Pets Up to two (2) dogs, 30 lbs or less, are allowed with prior approval and a $150 pet fee. Additional cleaning charges may apply. Pool and Spa Pool heating is available mid-October through mid-May with a maximum temperature of 85°F and is weather dependent. No refunds will be issued for heater limitations. Cold Weather Limitations In colder temperatures, pool or spa heaters may automatically limit operation or shut off to prevent damage. This is a normal safety feature. Maintenance Access Pool and landscaping personnel may access the property for routine service, with notice provided when possible. Security Cameras Exterior security cameras monitor the driveway and entry areas. Tampering is prohibited. Wildlife and Weather Guests should be mindful of Florida wildlife and weather conditions. No refunds are provided for insects, animals, storms, power outages, or temporary amenity closures. Property Care Guests are responsible for any damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, or rule violations.
