6 minute walk to the beach 1 mile to Coligny Plaza

Welcome to our home away from home! We truly hope you enjoy your stay at 24 Dunes Villas nestled in the South Forest Beach area of HHI near many island amenities. Our villa is a quick 6 minute walk to South Forest Beach. Take a 1 mile bike ride to Coligny Plaza or Celebration Park where you can find a variety of restaurants, shops & live music. The pool has a heater/chiller and is only steps away from the front door. There are many award winning golf courses located across the island. The space The villa offers 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, an eat in kitchen and a living room. Both bedrooms are furnished with queen sized beds. A queen size sleeper sofa can be found in the living room for additional sleeping space. The kitchen is furnished with stainless steel appliances and provides everything you need to feel at home when you are vacationing. Bath towels and bed linens are provided. Please bring your own beach towels. Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy the entire villa. They have access to a shared patio in front of the first floor unit. There are chairs inside the storage bin for guests to enjoy while lounging on the patio. In addition, beach chairs and a cooler are available for guests to use at their convenience. Guests may also visit the community pool that is heated/chilled year round and located steps away from the front door. Other things to note The cleaning service provides a starter kit containing toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent. The villa comes with one assigned parking spot that is located in front of our unit. There are additional guest parking spots located throughout the community. Motorcycles are not permitted within the community.
