Welcome to Three Bears Glen! A cozy condo located right across the street from Story Land on a golf course! This 2 Bedroom 1st floor end unit condo is the perfect getaway. This family friendly home features a private entrance, fully equipped kitchen, heat, A/C, Wi-Fi, 3 Roku enabled TVs, games (adults & kids), washer/dryer & patio seating. New pool coming this summer! Located just a short drive to North Conway. Enjoy all the valley has to offer! The space Welcome to Three Bears Glen! This 2 bedroom, 1 bath first floor end unit features a private entrance and backyard space which can accommodate up to 6 guests! Bedroom 1 -The primary bedroom has a queen memory foam bed with a desk and chair. Blackout curtains allow guests to sleep in. Roku enabled TV and dual reading lights are available in the room. Sliding door off the bedroom leads to the private backyard space with ample seating for dining outside or relaxing in the fresh mountain air. Bedroom 2 - The bunk room has a full size bed with a memory foam mattress. A timber twin over twin bunk bed is also in the room. A Roku enabled TV can be found in the bunkroom. A pack n' play, kids books and toys are available for kids to enjoy. A white noise machine is also located in the room for your use. Living room - Come and relax after a busy day on the slopes, hiking, shopping, or visiting Story Land. You will find a couch, loveseat, and a chair with a large coffee table perfect for board games or puzzles. A Roku enabled tv allows you to view your favorite shows or movies from your personal streaming services. Kitchen - We have the dishes, utensils, pots and pans all you need to do is bring the food. We have provided some basic spices for your use. You will also find in the kitchen; paper towels, dish soap, dish detergent, hand soap, dish towels, and pot holders. The kitchen also features a newer fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher. We have a Ninja coffee maker and a coffee grinder for brewing the perfect cup. A Keurig coffee maker is also available at the condo with a starter set of coffee, tea, sugar, and creamer for your use. Also, we have a blender for mixing up your favorite smoothie or adult beverage. For the kids, we also have kid friendly plates, cups, bowls, and utensils. A highchair is also available for your use. Backyard - The serene backyard boasts a table and chairs that seat 6. The yard is tree lined across the back. Perfect for kids to run around or play a game of cornhole. You will also find a small charcoal Weber grill for your use, charcoal is not included. Kids - Our condo is the perfect place for a family vacation! We have a pack 'n play and highchair available for your use. We have lots of puzzles and games perfect for the whole family. You will find in the kitchen lots of dishware and utensils perfect for little ones. In the bunkroom, you will also find toys and sound machine to help make the condo even more enjoyable for our youngest guests. There is a fun playground for kids located near the country club clubhouse. Pool - Linderhof Country Club features an outdoor seasonal pool available for guest use Memorial Day to Labor Day. Golf-Amenities abound here at Linderhof! You have access to the Linderhof Country Club. It is $10 per day for unlimited play on our 9 hole executive golf course in season. There are golf carts and push carts available to rent on a first come, first serve basis. You will need to bring your own clubs. There are also tennis courts available for your use. Guest access While staying at Three Bears Glen you will have sole access to the condo with keyless entry. There are 2 parking spaces for your use. The backyard and patio table behind unit are all yours so enjoy the tree lined space and fresh mountain air. For the additional fee of $10 a day per person you can play as many rounds of golf as you would like on the 9 hole executive golf course when in season. As well as have access to the club bar/restaurant and playground. The outdoor seasonal pool is $20 per family/day. A 3 Day Family pass is $35 or a 7 Day Family pass is $55. Other things to note Coffee table has been replaced since pictures were taken. At times we do change out throw pillows. Couch has been changed since accessibility pictures were taken. Booking guest must be 21 or over.
