The bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, and the second sleeping option is a queen sofa bed in the living room. The fully outfitted cook’s kitchen includes everything needed for real cooking, plus a Keurig coffee machine with complimentary pods, creamers, and sweeteners. Inside, enjoy multiple large smart TVs, Bluetooth music speakers throughout, fast WiFi, and a dedicated workspace with a desk and office chair—ideal for remote work. A mini-split AC system in the main living area cools the entire condo when the bedroom door is open. The washer/dryer is shared but located onsite in a secure, locked laundry room for easy access. Private Deck A small outdoor deck with four bar stools and a peek-a-boo ocean view, perfect for morning coffee, evening relaxation, and great people-watching along Avenida Del Mar. Guest access Guests have full and private access to the entire condo, as well as exclusive use of the unit’s private deck featuring bar seating, a BBQ grill, and a peek-a-boo ocean view—perfect for morning coffee, sunset relaxing, or simply enjoying the people-watching along Avenida Del Mar. You will also have access to all provided beach gear (chairs, towels, umbrella, boogie boards, cooler, wagon) and the outdoor shower for rinsing off after beach days. Laundry Access A washer and dryer are available onsite in a secure, locked laundry room shared with other Del Mar units. Etiquette & Quiet Hours Because the deck faces Avenida Del Mar and sound can travel, guests are asked to keep noise at a respectful level when outside. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM.
