Vaping is permitted OUTDOORS only. **A $500 FINE WILL BE CHARGED FOR SMOKING OF ANY KIND INSIDE THE HOUSE.** -Must be at least 25 years old to book. Valid issued government ID must be presented upon request. - The kitchen is well stocked with all utensils needed to cook meals. Although there are several restaurants nearby (please see the Welcome Book), bring enough food for extended stays as the nearest grocery store is in the city of Marion. -Both a Keurig and drip-style coffee maker stocked with K-Cups, ground coffee, creamer, sugar, as well as tea. -Included are paper products at the house: two rolls of paper towels, three toilet paper rolls per bathroom, several garbage bags, dishwashing liquid, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and hair dryer. - Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25. - Towels and linens will be provided for you. - This property is not pet friendly for rentals. Thank you for not bringing pets to this home. - Please observe a quiet hour of 10PM as there are full time residents nearby. - AWD or 4WD vehicles are required during winter months. The road leading to this home is fully paved. - The Toasted Marshmallow has driveway parking space for up to 3 vehicles. (**Be very careful when backing out of the driveway and triple check your surroundings, especially the ledge on the right side). ***EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS*** We allow early check-in and late check-out at our unit upon request. This will depend on the property and the cleaner's availability. We implement an early check-in fee and a late check-out fee. ***Check-Out Time & Late Departure Policy*** Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the Host. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur an additional fee of $50 per hour and charged at the top of each hour thereafter (e.g., checking out at 12:10 PM will result in a $100 fee). This fee covers delays with cleaning staff and turnover schedules. Guests are urged to check out on time to avoid any additional fees. **If Guests would like to see if our cleaners are able to accommodate a late check-out, the LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS must be made 24 HOURS in advance.** **Please note that as part of the reservation booking process, we ask guests to visit a link to e-sign a rental agreement. In NC, written rental agreements are required to be compliant with the NC Vacation Rental Act. We include them as best practice for our listings in SC. There is also a link to a quick Point of Contact form which helps make for a smoother check-in process.** Trust & Safety: *As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Trust and Safety Fee or your rental rate. The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $3,000 for content and $3,000 for dwelling. The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Everlong Residential will process the payment using the form of payment on file for the Guest.
