Welcome to this special home. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy the country setting. Get refreshed, refocused, and reconnected. (Vacation Rental permit #211072) The space French doors extend the spacious floorplan to the wrap around porch where you will soak in the afternoon sun, spending quiet time with nature. The well appointed kitchen, with zinc countertops and a 1950's Wedgewood stove, is the classic, central gathering place of the home. A mudroom off the kitchen is a well-used catch all area for laundry, shoes, groceries, beach gear. Large bedrooms offer privacy from the common area. All have ample closet space and beds with great mattresses and linens. The "school room" is a private office area with a desk...and a foosball table. Guest access The entire house and grounds are available for use. Garage and other outbuildings are not intended for guests. Other things to note The driveway and parking area is dirt, so dust kicks up when driving. The grounds and land are kept natural and changes with the season (i.e. green in January, brown in July). Fruit trees are ready to harvest July-January, depending on the fruit. A few storage outbuildings exist on the property, and are not recommended/available for guest use. This is a non-smoking property.
