We are taking the necessary steps and actions to go above and beyond our normal cleaning and disinfecting protocols to make sure our units are as clean as possible. Including all bedrooms, bathrooms, drawers, handles, and appliances. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire space. Other things to note Seasonal Note: If you are traveling to Dallas Jan-March, we highly recommend getting Airbnb’s Travel Insurance. The weather in North Texas can be unpredictable, leading to flight cancellations and travel delays. Wall sconces: These wall light sconces are mostly decorative. They are not hard-wired and there’s no wall switch you can use to turn them on. There are other lighting options in both of these spaces. However, if you want to turn the wall sconces on, they work with smart bulbs and a remote. They must be charged to be used. The smart bulbs, chargers and remotes are located in the grey bedroom nightstand drawers. Additional parking spots: We offer a second parking spot for guests for an additional $20 per stay. The additional spots we have are limited and not guaranteed. We recommend requesting them on your booking date, so you can ensure you get one :) Please Note: Our properties are high-traffic accommodations that host a large number of guests throughout the year. While we take great pride in maintaining our spaces and regularly address major maintenance concerns, normal wear and tear is to be expected. To keep our homes looking their best, we perform paint touch-ups and routine cosmetic maintenance on a quarterly basis. However, minor cosmetic imperfections such as small scuffs, dents, scratches, or signs of use may occasionally be present between maintenance cycles. If you are seeking a brand-new or perfectly pristine environment with no visible signs of wear, our spaces may not be the best fit. That said, we are committed to ensuring that all essential systems, furnishings, and amenities are clean, functional, and comfortable for every guest.
