Other things to note Guest Support: We are available to assist you from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Central Time), 7 days a week. While we are not a 24-hour operation, we will respond to after-hours requests when possible. Pool Heater: The pool can be heated to approximately 10-15 degrees above the air temperature, which is most effective in fall and spring. During colder winter months (Nov-Feb), the heater may not warm the water to a typical swimming temperature. Internet & Weather: The home has fast internet. However, as a coastal property, severe storms can occasionally cause power and internet outages. A Note on Sand: It's the beach! Despite our thorough cleanings, you may find a few grains of sand here and there. It’s part of the charm of coastal living.
