Maintenance work is being done on the façade Wall of the building that is next to Almar Resort on Macuaz street - it is very urgent that this maintenance work be done before the Summer Rains arrive, to avoid - more Damage to that wall of the facade of this Building and also the remodeling in condos - 604, 701 and that in the next dates of this month of June 2023 There is also a Remodeling program for level 05 condos, which are condos 502-503- and 504 to have them completed no later than approximately October to November There are also two large beach clubs in close proximity to this building that do play music for the beach clubs. **Smoking Prohibited*** Please note that The State of Jalisco now has a law against smoking in close proximity to others, this also applies for vaping and electronic cigarettes. This home including all parts of the building, terraces and balconies are none smoking. The state and HOA will impose fines for any violations.
