The space Ready for the holidays! We have exterior lights on a timer and a Christmas Tree. We also include 2 snow tubes for the nearby sledding hill. Guests are loving the beautiful neighborhood, large deck, fully equipped kitchen, indoor dining for up to 10, BBQ, comfortable beds and dedicated workspaces. Both workstations offer ethernet hookups up to 250 MPS. Wireless up to 75MBS. We have a new tankless water heater and never run out of hot water. Guest access Guests have the entire place to themselves including access to the two car garage. Other things to note Pack and Play, crib sheets and folding high chair always available. 50ft long driveway, plenty of parking. Space for small trailers for snowmobiles and dirt bikes. Window AC units in main room, primary suite and casita. BBQ recently updated with new burners and new grills. During the summer the backyard casita is a great place to sleep. However all bathrooms are in the main house. We do not recommend sleeping in the casita during the winter! You will be walking in snow through the backyard to the main house.
