Tropical Oasis Pool Home - Long Term (90 Days)

This home has a minimum 90-day rental period. The Tropical Oasis Pool Home is a very private setting, a short 1.5 blocks from Melbourne Beach, with private beach access and a screened-in heated pool and spa. If you are looking to relax in comfort, take in the sunset with a cocktail, or grill and relax by the pool then you may just have found your perfect vacation home! The space This beach house is a rare find and we have no doubt that you will absolutely love spending time here. It is located only a short walk (5 minutes) from the beach. The main living area has views of the screened-in pool and hot tub. The main living area includes comfortable seating, a ROKU smart TV, and all the popular streaming apps. The dining area seats 6 and there is a fully equipped kitchen - we hope we have thought of everything you may need! There are all the major appliances, including a dishwasher, and many smaller appliances, including a Keurig and regular coffee machine, a blender for healthy morning smoothies, or vacation cocktails! The master bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed, closet space for your clothes, and a ROKU smart TV for your entertainment. All linens and towels are laundered at high temperatures. The other bedrooms include King, Queen, and Bunk Beds (Full and Twin) and all bedrooms include a ROKU smart TV. There is a washer and dryer for your use and we supply starter amounts of household necessities (bathroom tissue, paper towels, dishwasher tablets, etc.). In just a few steps, you can be running on the beach in the early morning, lazying in the water, sitting with your toes in the sand, contemplating life, or strolling the shores searching for shells. We provide beach towels and beach chairs. In the garage you can find several toys: * Kayaks (Must supply your own life jackets) * Gym Equipment * Fishing Equipment * Body Boards * Skim Boards The home is professionally maintained and cared for throughout the year. PLEASE INQUIRE FIRST. We do have restrictions (under 40 lbs) and would like to know a little about your pets before approving it. There will be a non-refundable pet fee of $250. We can also provide a weekly cleaning service for an additional charge. Please inquire. Guest access Guests will have access to the home via digital locks and will not need to carry keys.
