POOLS: There are 3 pools. Pool #1 is toward Frank Lloyd wright+Thompson Peak Parkway corner. Pool #2 is along same pathway, towards 2nd gate on the 100th st. Pool#3, by tennis court is closest. You'll also find a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, dish pods, and laundry detergent. Anything extra you will need to purchase. Extra fees apply for this service and it includes anything from restaurant reservations, special requests, in-home chef, amenity arrangements, mid-stay cleaning service, and more. PARTIES/EVENTS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. This is a residential area. We must be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am and must be respected. Our home is equipped with Noise Aware Monitors inside and in the backyard to protect our neighbors. There is one Ring Camera at front door and one facing the driveway. HOUSE RULES: This is a NON Smoking home. No pets without prior approval. We do allow one dog with a $175 non refundable pet fee. No cats allowed due to guest allergies. Absolutely NO Parties or events No guests that are not on the reservation or otherwise approved. There are 2 Smart TVS for all your apps, NO live TV Service fees are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. Per the city of Scottsdale, rental properties cannot occupy more than 6 adults and their dependent children at a time Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that governs the terms of the stay.
