All guests must be at least 27 years of age. No parties allowed on premises. Pets not allowed. No smoking on premises. The space Unit 2 is located on the ground floor and offers the following layout and amenities: - One bedroom with queen-size bed - One bath with shower - Living room with couch and 50" TV. Streaming and live TV is through Hulu - Full kitchen including stove, oven, fridge, microwave - Dishes, utensils, glasses, cookware, bakeware. - Nespresso machine - Separate dining area - In-unit laundry - WiFi - Air conditioning via window unit - Off street parking provided - Check-in is at 3 PM unless other arrangements are agreed upon with host prior to day of arrival.
